Violated Rule(s): Refusing to heal, lied about being an admin, refused twice to cooperate when sending before round 2 and at 10:50 but i dont know if its "several times"
Time of Violation (in-game or replay):14:05 he said "dont even heal" and on 14:55 he intentionaly refused healing saying "i gtg"
15:10 he says he is admin (maybe he is but i dont think so)
