Most would see anyway that it's LTD related but haveing the proper form for the topic helps the mods/admin big time since they then know be4 reading it all Who the player you wanna ban has for an acc and what server + what map it is so they know what rules part from the main onces to use when processing the BRQ

Your attached replay link from your replay folder shows atleast that you understand that you just cant point fingers, howerver the link ENT mods/admins want has results, chat beforce start, and ingame + a replay link.
Adding some further thoughts can also help explain your view on it, and can be usefull if the violation is not totaly clear
