Any further thoughts: I don't usually submit BRQs but this guy has been around for a long time and really should know better than to allow multiple obvious mistakes creep into his play.

Edit to add: game would have been very different (and calls would be too) if he didn't TK (imho) the way he did.

On wave 8 he did upgrade, but only once.

Wave 10, there is no rule about failing to push lumber.

On wave 14, he wanted to save for 17. You decided to send, so he sent with you.

One honest "not sending" mistake. A "wasted heal" because he didn't upgrade king.
By watching the game till the end, you will come to realize than even 3 heals could not save you. Your king was dead before even enemy king was attacked.
If there is history with player ABTO_BOP for similar reasons, he should be banned.
Otherwise, a warning would be enough. And maybe too much in my honest opinion.
