Any further thoughts: AtPMonster builds in a bugged spot aggroing huge number of creeps whilist being unable to kill them in a fair siege causing other players to receive less creeps in order to become economically efficient. Therefore player is ruining game for other players as a huge number of creeps just bug outside his cliff, not even his electric fences.

I explained exactly how he bugged the game. AtPMonster builds in a bugged spot aggroing huge number of creeps just to bug outside his cliff whilist being unable to kill them in a fair siege.

Just my two cents:
Seems very common. No real glitch here - the pathing of the dinosaurs is very stupid; they don't find their way to the fences and get distracted by towers. (also happened to orange and (a bit to) blue himself!)
also red is no noob, he handled spawn in base pretty well.

To the economic point: dinos spawned at blue's, red's and orange's range and bases were pretty far away from each other. Don't see the problem here.
