At approximately 12 minutes I (orange) back off mid lane and go to some neutrals. There's really no reason for me to do this- I spilled coffee, or for anyone to immediately come find me there, but brown comes straight to me.
18 min: A very similar situation happens bot lane. I go to woods, teammates all nearby, and again it's just kind of random junglingg, waiting for an item. I believe I was going to continue pushing. Anyways again brown comes straight to me invis
Any further thoughts: only 2 instances was a short game, but they both seem highly irregular to me and simply nonsensical considering the context.

1200 you head towards top rune. He stays near tower, probably afraid you might gang him with rune. You are nowhere around, yet he is still not farming.
1500 he seems to be going bot, then passes next to you farming creeps and attacks you.
1800 again he is going through your jungle, then sees you, and only then changes direction to you. Meanwhile, blue was right next to the shop, and he could kill him with the help of DG. Also, yellow is coming invis from rune. It could just be a coinsidence. And to be honest, he knew you have aegis. He knew you have aba's ulti. He knew he cannot kill you. Why would he run straight to you, and then, once he was about to die, run straight to blue, instead of taking the other, clean way?
2200 4 of them are following you. He first takes the wrong way to you, then he sees pink taking the same way, so he changes way. A couple of seconds later, yellow becomes visible. Only then he realises it and turns back for yellow.
2610 you are alone close to him, yet he decides to go against 4 people.
2815 he runs with low hp straight to blue. There were 4-5 others way he could take to avoid him.
EDIT* As you said yourself, it was a quick game and i couldn't find more evidence. I honestly don't see anything too suspicious here. I don't think he should be banned.
