Any further thoughts: Wanted mention I personally watched these arc games that he played on other games since he had few games i watched some just to see if he does the same rapier build each time but no. I watched all three of the replays and this player is fairly skilled player who doesnt go rapier, or stupidly dives in at enemies 1v5 and leading the fight with rapier. It is clear he tried to throw on purpose he went direct rapier and fight where he would not have done in other games as i have watched the replay of the other three. All three games he goes similar build from beginning.

Also would like to mention that even the opponents team can see that arc is throwing by giving them rapier and not helping team

All throughout the game he farms only which i have no problem as long as he can contribute late, but he decided to go rapier and feed them which he never did in his other games, I only watched the games where he arc played but regardless admins can probably ip check him and notice that this player is not stupid enough to rush rapier and throw games.

This is the first time I've ever got rapier on arc, I wanted to try something different. And since rapier seems to be considered to be the most op item on that hero, i thought I would do better with it. I did attack too many of their heros a few times. This was either because (1) I didn't know so many would be there, or (2) because I thought I would be able to kill them with my ult, , and dual miss shield, overestimating my strength or both.

After a time i realized that this wasn't working , and got my usual book build to push.

I have never threw a game, and I have no reason to start now, I play to win, this is the most fun for me. If I actually did wanted to throw and troll I could think of a way better way to do it with arc that would be more subtle and effective, not super obvious rapier feeding.... I've never even had a BRQ against me.

Check his stat and he can tell us whether he woulda done rapier 2x build and feed.
He lost his rapier if what he says the build is not working he should have stopped after first rapier, not only that he continue till he lost 2nd one. And ive told him i will post this ban request since then he started changing the build. Here is the proof me mentioning I will post and he stopped making rapier from that moment

Now that is right after he fed the 2nd rapier i mention that and he stopped building rapier.
Also any admin who is going to do the review can see how arc dies he basically puts himself in action vs 5 of them . First death he dies to 4 of them going 1v4, 2nd time he goes in to scourage tower first . This player's other game + main account stats clearly shows this kind of performance is to throw the game.
Also this guy sd my stat and was trolling soon as game started probably he saw my stat and wanted to ruin it.

Notice i didnt say anything to him but he already agressive and then rapier build. Fails and build another rapier, and does not help team. He only stops rapier because Ive mentioned that i will post him for ban. But if admins think he is not ban worthy i cant change their mind.
I do see that this is his first time ruin so im not asking for huge ban, but this was a definitive throw so he should still get ban so he learns his lesson.

LOL most of the games on those 2 accounts are with geo. I would not even pick arc on an account I am trying to build stats like that. Even on my main account i've had games with shit kd, but still managed to win because i throned.

This is what smirph accounts are for, trying new things through trial and error. That is not a lie, it is fact. Saying that top 10 players don't make mistakes is irrational. People are people, everyone makes mistakes. I've seen other top 10 players make mistakes in items and builds, i've played with more than a few of them (though some of their stats are erased now).

It is true, i did not make a third rapier after your accusation, but at that point i was already saving for book, it had nothing to do with you. In fact nothing i did this game had anything to do with you.

I do not care enough about you or your one game of stats to troll you. I just knew you were going to pick slark so i said what i did. I realize that you are angry because you though I was trolling you, but i really don't care about you, was just trying something new that just happens to be very risky.

I actually did consider the repercussions of loosing rapier before i started making it. It is a double edged sword and anyone can get it. My conclusion was that our opponents were bad and even if i did lose it, your slark would likely kill them and get it, as it did happen. So it would have made little impact on the outcome of the game.

But w/e you will believe what you want, post your response, let the admins decide. I know i didn't troll this game or any of my other games. The fact that i've never even had a BRQ against me is proof of that.

How did you know what his aliases are? If an admin told you that info, it's against the rules - they are not supposed to share that info with others.

After reviewing, here is my opinion.

For the first 10 minutes, all i see is arc having a hard game. Getting ganged by bara/pudge, while axe leaves him on his own, which gets him killed.
After the first 2 deaths by bara's charge, he starts playing more carefully, staying back, asks axe to stop jungling and help him.

He loses the 1st rapier at 2135. He tried to go help axe, but was pretty far, and ended up in a bad spot. I see nothing intentional here.
He loses the 2nd one at 2855. This was far from intentional. Slark and rubick where there too, and there was obviously a fight. Arc was part of this fight.

Since the rapier build didn't work, and you expressed your negative thoughts on that build, he didn't go for a 3rd rapier.

Yes, i will agree that getting rapier is not a good thing, unless you are certain you can keep it. However, if you don't ever try and fail, you will never actually learn.

In conclusion.
None of his deaths were intentional. Especially the last ones. Because, since he spent all his gold on rapier, he clearly was low on HP/armor. Which makes him an easy target and the first to focus. Early on he got ganged by bara, which is not easy to handle alone.
He pushed with team on almost every occasion. He was using his skills, communicated with you, worked with you.

I do not see anything ban worthy here. And i completely agree with the "new account to try new heroes / trial and error" kind of statement, since i do it myself as well, and it's a big part of the game.
