Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): The biggest incident starts at the 17 minute mark when he grabbed gem and tried to kill my ob ward in fog then went straight to my mines with no surprise. After we clearly discover this as a team he still takes advantage of his map hack later in the game, but I'm sure the 17-19 minute mark is all you need to watch.
Any further thoughts: Please send this replay to any other bot admins that you know to ban this player. On a side note his team lost the game(I thought that was humorous.)

EDIT: Also another thing I am curious about it that when I looked at vanilla_ice@euro's stat's page he played no games on 06/09/13

clinks runs to techies mines and kill them with gem and when they had obs ward top lane on hill next to 2nd tower he tried to kill it without any vision but he couldnt dodged ganks from top lane and mid lane
