Game Name: [ENT] DotA arem us/ca #10
Your Warcraft III Username: 3ncrypt3i)
Violator's Warcraft III Username: beastoftheeast
Violated Rule(s): Maphacking
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 28 minutes (Replay time)
Any further thoughts: My initial suspicion began roughly mid game, when he traveled to gank me from his forest. I watched this full replay and I can admit that mid game he did buy wards and that was my ignorance/rage, whatever. Now I can confidently say that this guy who claims to be "2800 elo" hacks. 28 minutes (Replay time), I am heading towards him with invisible rune as he runs back from mid. As soon as I approach him he uses sticky napalm (there would be no reason to napalm in that area since my allies were chasing him in the opposite direction. You'll note that I wasn't the only one who thought beastoftheeast hacks.
