Well, I think it won't be that easy to ban these guys because they are probably playing at a cafe or something.
I said "guys" on purpose because I know both of them use mh although I'm only reporting the one who talks a lot.
The followings are my previous brqs on this guy.
Broking was banned for using maphack.
