After reviewing:

Playstyle isn't bannable (unless he was purposely trying to lose, which doens't seem to be case): Every strategy is allowed, public game or inhouse

Had already attempted to pull around 8.15, and does the same at mentioned times by OP (between 9 and 9.30)
