Violated Rule(s): shared pet with player and at the end player abuse usage, while I tried to back, player kept moving me to enemies to get me killed, which I did die
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): towards end when all sents engaged pushed mid lane to finish.
Any further thoughts: that player and dark green (axe) player flame and raged against each other all game. Axe left the game, then Frod camped at fountain and kept moving my hero to get me killed. After he did it and i called him out he just ":D:D:D:D" typed that out on chat....

Player FrodinkOpd has a tough lane top, and decides to blame it on axe. Flames him, then abuses the votekick against him.
Follows axe around for 2 minutes during 18-2000, stealing his exp/farm in jungle.

Spawns at 3400 and goes afk griefing. Spams the chat meanwhile.
Abuses control of brown around 3500, and gets him killed.

30 minutes game, and all he did was die and farm jungle. Never joined a single team fight, never tried to defend.

Player FrodinkOpd is banned 15 days for abusing control/refusing to cooperate with team/flaming/vk abuse/spamming/afk/griefing.
