Any further thoughts:
The player Dota_Lord started the game calling mid and picking weird skills, all escape skills, just to run, with relocate and mirana's ult. We didn't know yet, but he had joined the game to ruin it, trolling.

He tried to act like a noob, saying that he was new and we couldn't kick him (We can clearly see that he know the rules but he is trolling & trying to not break anyone at the same time, but he broke later).

The player ihateblack@uswest.battle.net abused votekick, tried to kick him lot of times without reason (YET), and flamming:

I would like to emphasize that the player Dota_Lord was just running around the map, doing nothing but stealing creeps, trolling, but I wasn't right if he was really new or he was trolling.

I had the first perception that he was trolling when he did this [tried to kick the player ihateblack, saying that the votekick was against him (Dota_lord)]:

And then he suicided on purpose on rosh (for the second time):

He tried to votekick ME without reason:

Here we can see that he is again acting like he wasn't doing anything wrong:

Everyone saw him trolling, abusing votekick and flamming. I tried to votekick again:

He also tried to trick the other team when we votekicked him:

After all these things, he did signal spam on 36 Min (in-game), made dagon and kept running just trying to ks and get kills on 39 and 40 min (in-game).

This is the kind of person that join a game to ruin it, to troll. He feeded on purpose, ruined the game (doing nothing but run, picking troll skills, steal creaps, steal kills, and more), abused of votekick and lied about the rules.

I ask for:
1 month ban for Dota_Lord@useast.battle.net, for all the reasons a said above. This is enough time for him to think about his acts.

2 Days ban for the following players, for refusing to kick Dota_Lord, even seeing that he was trollig and intentional feeding/ruining the game:

Please review this ban request carefully, this player (Dota_Lord) is really a troll and probably ruined other games or will ruin. I know that usually the ban time for intentional feeding/game ruin is less than 1 month, but I entreat for 1 month because of the situation and the other rules broken, including votekick abuse, game ruining, trolling, flamming, lying about rules. I'm sorry for the length of this message, but I wanted to show a lot of evidences and help you with it, reducing the analysis time.

U still think that dota_lord was the one that really ruined the game? lol. If i had a guess, I would say that pink was trying fun builds or soemthing, which is not bannable at all, and u guys started raging him and tried to kick him due to his skill choices, instead of playing the game and see how he would perform.

And I think, or better, I'm sure, that you have no idea of what happened, did not read my message and posted a comment, but I will ignore.
As I said, he made dagon and kept trying to steal kills, that's why he killed 3, but that does not matter, it does not matter if you are 0/80 or 80/0. If you break a rule, you should be banned.
And please, don't post comments like this, that does not add anything to the topic...comments based on assumption.

About ihateblack, maybe yes, he figured it out first, but at that time, the player Dota_Lord had not broken any rule, we can only kick if he breaks some rule. I figured it out earlier too (since start), but I could not kick at that time, because as I said, it could be just a new player. Then I saw him suiciding on purpose and being ironic and sarcastic...doing all the things I listed on my first post.

In this particular case, player in question did not join the game just to ruin it. He is new, has only a few games under his belt, and never said/did anything wrong, at least up to the first 10 minutes.

Did die once to rosh. Wasn't intentional tho. He tried to escape, just got stunned. Obviously a new player.
Tried to gang, tried to escape everytime he was about to die, was farming, getting items, talking, etc. Noone actually gave him advice. You just judged his gameplay and skill picks.
Died again to rosh.

Your votekick after getting killed by rosh for a 2nd time had valid points. But, as i said, he was just new.

Player Dota_Lord is banned 2 days for trolling and suiciding to roshan, twice.

There will be no penalty for the people who didn't votekick, because it wasn't clear enough. Enemy team could see him fighting/ganging/escaping/etc.
