Hi there master ken, so after watching the replay it, in my opinion it did not look like Lube intentionally fed, to me it looked like he was either a newer player, maybe a not so skilled player, or possibly just having a bad game.
Yes, he did start to afk at the fountain at 32:00 on the replay timer, until your team's !ff passed at 34:00. Now I do not believe the game would have resulted any differently if he did not stop playing at 32:00 mins, maybe he was just waiting for the !ff to pass. That being said, in my opinion, Lube should get warning at most, but I am not sure if a ban would be completely justified in this case.

I also do not believe it to be intentional feeding.
He does afk at 32. It's only a 2 minute AFK, but he does do it when the enemies are pushing their team's rax. While AFK, the enemies kill both remaining rax and get megas, which clearly ends the game. You can't refuse to play at such a critical point. However, the game might have already been decided by that point and the AFK was short - so he'll get a lighter ban than usual
