If someone actually looks at the replay they will see that it was clearly a 17 game and I only up'd king ~8 times to get income to help me hold 17
Hardly rises to the level of solo-send or team killing

if u wanna play a solo game go play tetris mb u can learn this!

After reviewing:

Well, ye it's obvious it would be a 17 game, however you shoulnd't have upped without even asking your team (even if you had good intentions)

So in future games @undeadkingpr inform/consult with your team before upping the king alone.

Regarding the brq, i'll leave the decision to the moderators (Quite frankly, and considering your hard past on rule violations, a short ban would be advised here :P)

undeadkingpr@USEast banned 2 days for refusal to cooperate. This is the bare minimum considering the player's history - typically would only give a warning in this case.
