Should Tits Ulti level be decreased?

A suggestion I’m making because I don’t know if it’s just me or something but I have never seen an actual game where a titan
Gets his ultimate except on rare occasions and all of them where from froff and exp boosts.

Titan should get his Ulti at level 10, that’s a much more realistic number then 12.

Titans should be able to reach his ultimate ability because builders get theres a lot of the games. Such as demo getting Bal, Fae going battle, Mag getting PR

There's a weird gap at lvl 11 where you get one point that you cannot spend. Perhaps move ult there?

In most games I play, I rarely see titan hit 12, but get to 7-10 and the experience required to get from 10 to 12 is massive when all that's likely left are upgraded bases.
