tbh most of times I base can get all supers so need arc to upgrade the towers I have now....
Building a merchant sets you back around 5k lumber so it semi-pays for itself once you build it but the cooldown on summons is a little excessive to lumber pool effectively with. Have to use a turtle to bring back items, might as well just have a hunter sell them.

Not really, Ogre with Merchant is underpowered compared to other builders since Merchant doesn't affect his towers or walls at all, that's why his Merchant needs a buff.

So it's more about balance?

Nerf magna's wrath. This skill is too OP. Immortality, immune from spells. Long duration time and short cd. Also he can still rewall due siege. Most imbalanced defender.

Nah buy neutralization wand, maybe lower that cost to 10g though.

Draenei towers now get the op power. Super arcane towers with gem are stronger tha gobos megas. They need to be nerfed.

It's true, Draenei is now the strongest towers in the game, but I still prefer Pirate, in case titan gets an early minion and Pirate only needs 45g for a strong base, whereas Draenei needs 60g for a strong base.

Pirate wood towers > Draenei wood towers
Pirate hunter > Draenei Hunter
Draenei towers upgraded with the 10g 1000w upgrade > Pirate wood towers
Draenei escape > Pirate escape, but it's not much better
Draenei has OP summoner, giving him ability to make shelter bases and seeds without risking main builder.
Both builder's gold towers suck ballsacks and it's very worth it to random gold tower for an egg.

Saying all this, I still think Pirate is better for carrying, pirate only needs 45g for a merchant to get an OP base. Draenei needs 60g and a fucktonne of wood. After GP though, both builders are OP as hell and basically unstoppable.

Well, diffrence is only 15g. Is not that much. Only 30 sec more near gold mound.

Most titans have TP not on CD to just teleport to camp on your first or second gold. Also, Pirate and Draenei is dangerous to gold at mid because they are the most scared of WOTW.

It's not being afraid, it's about how you can't gold for very long, it's about how it's nearly impossible to get any gold if there are early minions, and because how dangerous it is for you to gold, it's hard enough to get 15g for the tower upgrades. Also, early bases are shitty because you don't get a hunter to kill ward, and you don't even have enough wood to afford walls + the 1000w upgrade + enough towers.

Not going to try and argue further, if you prefer Draenei over Pirate that's cool, but in my experience, as someone who has played hundreds of Draenei and Pirate games in 3.0.9d, and probably near 100 games in both builders in 4.0.0, I personally feel Pirate is a more reliable carry at all stages of the game with the most potential highest win rates against all titans from noob to decent.

Early mini is easy to gank (demos with dubs), so camping mid with mini is useless. I never do that, just dont want to lose him.
