Speed poking isn't an issue because an experienced titan know how to prevent it, while an inexperienced titan doesn't. This is another factor which is limiting the segregation between skilled and unskilled players. At the moment Tauren is shit because he can't level from golding unless Titan is shit and he can't level with poking, even if the Titan is shit.

Agreed on the following:
#3 - I hope breezerious/arachnid aren't removed specially that builder because there's potential, just needs more creative ideas.
#4 - I feel like speed poking should at-least be restored to tauren and perhaps raise the exp per-level? I mean honestly sp tauren wasn't that bad. Worst case scenario were level 7+ taurens against a non-decent titan but with all the buffs in 4.0 shouldn't be an issue.
#6 - I use to love passing titanic wards to my chimaera.
#7 - Noticed this a lot with rad's passive, no longer kills instantly. What's the point in that?
#11 - FC I can admit was a bit OP in 3.0.9 in the hands with other items etc. but I do agree it's been nerfed a tad too much to the point where no one will even buy it.
#12 - Fix expensive tp.

First I just want to say that I'm simply pitching basic ideas, of course I can see how... some of these can be seen as IMBA/stupid but with the right numbers these, suggestions, may prove possible.

ADVICE Read by the paragraph, I have poor organizational and priority skills, please no judge. The only... guideline, is that in each of the first lines of NEW TITAN is I put a label and the theme and goals I had for it, PANDA THEME, Micro based, etc.
CAUTION Titans get vaguer.

**NEW TITAN?**
Panda Brewmaster themed* (agreed, this model isn't "titan" material)
Unique: Drunken Haze, Splash beer over an area, those in the AOE are hit with a slow, their screen moves in random directions like in uther, and 50-50, your moves inputted are regular or 180*, reversed, like in ice escape (or 90* or 270* if that's possible?), hotkeys get switched up, and at bottom right, where your Move, Patrol and Abilities are, are all mixed up.
Nuke: Breath of fire, like Syph, but fire.
---Drunken Haze+Breath of Fire= Ignite, causing them to take dmg over time, specific note, will let him kill upped hp workers
Heal: drink beer
Ultimate: Mastery of Drunken Fist, Evasion n Criticals from sloppy unpredicatable movements
(unbolded means I beg for someone to change this boring stuff)

**NEW TITAN?**
Chrono (Time themed) (Mana based)
General idea, Mana based titan. His main Unique ability would be to reverse time on his body, to revert his body to a previous point in time, in terms of his location and HP. The further back he travels the more mana he drains. To help further the idea of a mana based titan make this spell have no cooldown, and just drain mana.
Sieging, It would be his heal and escape.
Early game, It would be his windwalk +pebbles toss if you were to make him back pedal really quickly.
Numbers I'll leave up to you, cast times, back pedal speed, and mana drain amount would be the big 3 concerns for this Titan

**NEW TITAN?**
Plasmus (Plasmus of Teen Titans themed, a Radioactive Poop Monster) (HP based n Micro based?)
Unique: Feed, Gains EXP and/or base HP increases by being near Toxic waste. (Like bubo, but the water around mound will become nuclear waste.) Though he won't gain EXP/HP if he is regenerating from past wounds. (This will in turn perhaps invite daring satyr/tauren pokes.)
Unique #2: Split, spawns minions, NO Mana cost, Based on BASE HP instead.
Again Numbers I'll leave up to you, but what I really want you to debate is whether his Unique: Feed should give him EXP or increase his Base HP. Increasing his Base HP can help support his Unique #2: Split into later phases of game, but I'm not sure how you'll do numbers for his Split, you can just make his split another scout ability, but I really want him to be an HP Based and micro based titan. (since in inhouses pros won't die cuz they imba plz teach)

**NEW TITAN?**
Shukaku (Gaara of Naruto themed, a beast of sand.)
Main Reason: Sand is the typical terrain of island defense. To promote non-camping (opposite of Plasmus) give him bonus ATK and MS from being on his element. Also perhaps in response to this, give some lesser bases grass terrain, a more forest feeling, to promote lesser bases.
Nuke: Sand Bullet, (Spit bullet) A simple spit bullet, being as simple as it, it may have less damage than the typical nuke but it has low damage, low cooldown, and doesn't interrupt any other actions. To help promote kiting/orb walking. (to walk inbetween auto attacks.)
The idea of a simple spit bullet nuke can be applied to many titan though, and I believe at least one titan should I have this type of nuke to promote orb walking/kiting.

GAMEPLAY SUGGESTION:
Hey guys, my name is Murloc, I may be as small as an ant but I can carry 9999999 gold coins and 9999999 pounds of lumber. I dlNO, am fan of lore, even in/for video games, this ill-logic pains me some. Suggestion: Have builders pull cart around, and upon maximum occupancy you have to make another cart and have harvesters or titan hunter pull it around. Pulling cart will reduce movement speed, so when golding around mound you are tempted to leave behind your cart at the walls at mid. Now, one will have to not only watch the distance from builder to titan, but titan from cart and you from cart.
Benefits: Nerfs OP builders, Adds a new spec to gameplay, Fixes that problem with story line.
For further debate: I think builders should be able to pull each others carts. Perhaps even without their permission to steal lumber from it? LOL for maximum true lore+lmao troll. (only care about yourself and your base partner/lover <3)

GAMEPLAY SUGGESTION:
Builders don't and can't share vision. Also, when a builder dies, fellow builders aren't notified of their death, this is to help promote friendly conversations, as well as provide tension in those, silent nights.
Lore, builder nerf, funny and fun.

Other suggestions:
Demonicus Unique: Shroud of Darkness builders can't see, their screen goes black for X period of time. Would provide similar benefits as pebbles toss, wotw, drunken haze, breeze and foss nukes) "I can see?! I CAN FIGHT!!!" -Fairy Odd Parents
---Molt phoenix scout start as egg, to promote builder aggressive activity, increase duration of bird form to balance this nerf.
------Syph minions level one, to promote ground scouts, now there is only phoenix scout and chimera scouts, both air... or perhaps give fossurious carrion beetles, I just want to see ground scouts. T_T

builders get hp boost upgrade why doesn't dranei get mana boost upgrades?

Because mana shield doesn't block 100% of incoming damage.

enable teleport staff to fellow titans/minions. (make there a command for it if u can, to avoid troll abuse?)

Yes to teleport to mini/titan, it'll be the new ankh jump called tele jumping.
No to mini mini teleportation, mini-mini rushes are annoying enough, I don't want titans teleporting to mini-minis.

As long as towers don't have aoe, you can just tp to your mini-minis.

It'll be the easiest thing to do while sieging. You can't even jump proof it.
