3rd upgrade 40g hp upgrade is bugged

When you try to upgrade the 100hp for 40 gold through the research center as tauren and morph it fails. The upgrade takes your 40 gold and brings up a error 'failure to upgrade.' Not sure if its every builder but morph and tauren experienced it in the game. thank you.

Could be just you or a rather small portion of players. Just tried to confirm but the upgrade works just fine for me.
