Regarding the spell "Rage" and "Chill".
I'm not sure if this is a bug or if you designed it to be this way, as they are new elements of this map. But casting chill should be able to be done by the opposite team. Why would anyone cast chill from the very own team winning the game by casting rage? Now we get the notification "non on your team has casted rage" when we try to use chill. I mean, chill is ment to be a counter effect of rage right? And if I remember correctly, chill also cost more to cast than rage, which means they will be weakened anyhow if they have to use it.
Hope this is just a bug and will be fixed til the next update, otherwise look at it as a map suggestion
