That's not even the case.

Like for all IPs and users, you are responsible if someone uses your IP (e.g. brother cases).
On ENT, your VPN is unique which I tolerated due to your business in the university.
However, due to the recent maphack case with your friend and his retarded attempt to ban dodge, there's no way I'll keep that vpn going.

Plus, your vega account got banned on the 6 Jan 2014 21:24:01 CET while your alt plays on useast 7 Jan 2014 11:50:41 CET and 7 Jan 2014 12:24:03 CET.

In any case, there's no reason to remove the ban on the vpn since it used for dodging purpose.
The only thing we can discuss is whether you dodged or not. Considering your alt on east and your ban on euro - seems rather clear at the moment.

Since I obviously got a year long ban for an imho minor reason - ghosting in ID initially, then followed up by the "dodge" playing LegionTD - there is not much more to be said, except that those are actually not related games and maybe a (legit, without doubts) ban should be limited to these specific games (of course with an option to completely ban people after repetitive mischief [>2 for jew]).
So I wave good bye after some-thousands of games as I lost, due to the vpn ban, like 95% of the possible access to bnet.

To make my point more clear, the ghosting was and will be definitely the only time this happened, I'd explain it with a stupid action in the heat of the moment, I sincerely apologize for this one.
