Ban Appeal please

Situation: It was 1v1 and I was merc
Why you should be unbanned: It was one of my first 1 v 1 games after my brother suggested I try. When i played my first 2 AP, each time red was merc so I did not know it was bannable. I assumed when it is AP most go merc. When the clock ran out and I could go HP as red, I assumed the other party would go merc, so I did.

It wasnt until after that I found out its illegal and should have reported them.

I do apologize and am now aware. I have played hundreds of games on your servers and would appreciate to continue to do so.
