I have not lied in my appeal and I resent the accusation.

If you actually read my post, I never claimed to have consensus. I said the reason I did what I did was to try and improve the game. Anyone in that game would have agreed that the titan was doomed, and I was trying to give him a chance.

I am appealing because I was naively attempting to improve the game, not "ruin" it. Also, the titan was not particularity benefited from my actions, and lost pretty soon after by suicide.

Yes, I've been dodging. There isn't a rule in viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4 about ban dodging. I dodge because I have no ruined a single game, and I always play in good faith.

It's common sense that actions taken in good faith which lead to no bad outcomes shouldn't be bannable. However, I got banned for actions made in good faith leading to no bad outcomes. Nobody was hurt, no games ruined. Still ban.

There is an idiom in German that says "the sound/tone makes the music". Sounds terrible in English..but maybe you get the point.
You made mistakes.. admit to yourself that it was wrong, say sorry without your hidden accusations..and ask to be unbanned because you do not want to repeat the mistakes.
(I hope I do not have to tell you, that you should mean it *since 'your' common sense is a little different and you expect people to tell you things that are actually crystal clear)

If I was grounded for smashing windows, I'd reflect on my actions and take my punishment. If I was grounded for rolling my eyes, I'd sneak out with great pleasure. I don't believe in obeying authority simply because it's authority. I obey authority when it's right.

I think I laid out pretty fairly what I did, why I did it, and why I won't do it again. What do I have to apologise for? Who has been harmed by my actions?

Which games have been ruined? Am I going to be an asset to the ENT community or a liability? I think those are the questions that would lead to a decision on my ban. Would the word sorry change that decision? Perhaps. But I still feel that I have done nobody any harm, and have nothing to apologise for.

I do, however, apologise to anyone I have offended here. I did not plan to offend anyone, and I hope you'll accept my apologies if I have done so.

You ruined a game. Not really on purpose, but you did. You wronged your team, the people who told you not to do the things you did (if I remember right. If not, sorry.) With your example of rolling eyes you made it clear that you are not sorry for that.

Even if your first ban was harsh and not necessarily put, you should not have dodged it.. because..common sense. What would happen if everybody did this? Dodge a ban they feel is unfairly? Someone think it is ok to mh, since others do too. According to your reasoning it would be ok for that person to dodge a ban?
Why not breaking all rules on purpose we feel are not in place?
If your driver license was taken away.. you may feel it was unfair cuz, yes you haven been driving too fast…and you were the one misinterpreting the situation, but no (big) harm was done.. but if you drove without it again..and you were caught by the police again.. would you be so impudent to make it look like you are the victim of something?
What would happen if everybody decided to follow rules or not follow rules just because of their “feelings”? Common sense is that you do follow them if you want the system to work.
Ent wouldn’t be what it is if they allowed people like you to do whatever they feel like.

When you drive too fast, you dont need to kill a person to be punished. You may have even driven fast to bring your mom flowers, which is a nice thing. But driving too fast is against the rules. You break the rule, you get to "pay" for it. You dont have to feel it is right.

Please dont make me explain to you why it is for a community, a leagal system essential and crucial to follow rules even if you dont feel like it.(the importnat rule I talk about here is "not dodging") Ive already reached the limits of my English.. But i hope I don't, since this really is.. common sense.

Reading the chat, you can tell that he never cared about his ban in the first place.

He's going to be treated with little to no respect from now on, since he doesn't care to respect whatever rules ENT has in place.

You have played over 50 games, and yet you claim "ignorance" that you didn't know about the rules regarding commands. You playing almost exclusively CF and ID makes that quite hard to believe.

It doesn't matter if the titan won or not. It is about the princip. Same for tome glitching, you simply do not do it.
Obviously, it slightly affects your ban duration depending on how much you violated the rules.

Concerning your case, you haven't asked for a voting.

Doesn't really show that you were sorry about it ingame. We do not want any reds ingame who think they can do whatever they want just because they're red.

It is also less about the fact of winning but about the time wasted by exp and froffing the titan. It only leads to stalling.

Your current ban keeps considering you dodged. I'll think about the duration for ban dodging - just let me tell you, dodging any further will get you even more into trouble.
