Situation: Loss of internet
Why you should be unbanned: I have the afternoon off from work and I was going to play some dota. Made a new account, was doing well and my computer froze. In years of playing this has only happened on a few occasions. (internet or pc).

I prefer to play ENT if u will let me. If it happens again I will just do something else for the evening.
