Why you should be unbanned:

Its not low stay percentage, in a number of games today I was automatically disconnected from the bots ( For reasons unknown) or fatal error on load.

-Games where this occurred Civ wars 72-

I don't have many games on the bot so the 66% stay rate, is something like 6 games where i crashed or got Dced.

Typically a fatal error occurs when you're running a third party program or other issues. Are you running anything in the background? If it's merely a connection issue we offer two satisfying alternatives, ENTCONNECT and Gproxy. If you continue to have connection issues would these be viable alternatives for you? You have to understand that we can only unban so much.

I don't run any third party programs in the background that are related to wc3 (only run stuff like chrome and skype), the crashes were access violation fatal errors.
-I have never used Gproxy or ENTCONNECT, despite their usefulness. My internet connection is stable and I have never had an issue with it. -- Besides the problem was not due to my internet going or me dcing in some way, the bot simply kicked me. There was none of the usual lag or delay it just suddenly went "You have been disconnected". So I'd assume that rc tools wouldn't help with that, if it does then great I'll start using it ^^^

Also I have never had any fatal error crashes on my current PC from other games on Wc3. I only fatal for some reason on civ wars and it seems limited to a load crash. Apart from that I had one unexplained crashed today (but never before) where Wc3 suddenly shut down without any error message.

I don't have the most stable PC, since I had PSU earlier this year which was faulty. However since I got a new PSU, i haven't had any issues.

oh and for somereason ENTgaming is not reading as a safe site - (Certificate is out of date)

Obviously your connection is not stable. The bot doesn't cause fatal errors, third party programs do.

Begin using Gproxy, else you won't be unbanned. You are the only one in all your games that has connection issues.

I haven't been on warcraft 3 for a long time, I'm just now starting to come back and moderate things a bit but jew is correct the bot has never caused fatal errors.

I never said the bot caused fatal error, its more like a HDD or Ram issue or coding in the game itself. (i'd bet on the latter) -- These fatal errors are not consistently happening, they happen now and again. -- Fatals (3 today 2 yesterday, then none since the 15th) - Moreover these fatals are only with CIv wars, I've never experienced a fatal while playing on other games hosted by ENT. These fatals always concern problems with "reading" or "writing" memory, while in Civ wars.

I don't have connection issues, as I said I am not being DCED due to losing connection, that is not instant there is a delay time as the connection menu is pulled up and it counts down. I am being instantly disconnected from the bot with "you have been disconnected" in a similar way to being Kicked, I assume this means the bot has simply cut off my connection - ejected me ( There was no VCK in process though ). That is why I am skeptical Gproxy will help since its not a DC its an ejection.

(Besides this ban is based of a 66% stay rate from 19 games -- (I've actually played more than 19 games, however I stopped 3 years ago and only just started again, with 3 or 4 games in 2013 and 2012. At some point the game count was reset, I actually have over 100 games on Ent bots I believe, and my stay rate was something like 90%+ , it is for nearly everything) --o.O

@brambleclaw please restart your warcraft 3 after playing castle fight/civ wars (every game) to avoid DC... also turn off your maphack or third party programs.

I highly suggest you start using gproxy, unbanned this time.
