Situation: Series of disconnects.
Why you should be unbanned:

The past week my modem has gone to shits. I don't know whats happening but i randomly get disconnected from games but most of the time it doesnt even DC me from battle.net. You can see I'm not a plug puller by the amount of games i've played on my main (FranklinClinton) and my stay percentage.

With your stay percentage, how you got over a 3 day ban is beyond me. I approved your appeal and unbanned you but if you continue to have disconnects I may not be able to remove it for much longer. If you continue to have disconnect problems consider using entconnect. It's actually a good alternative and functions symbiotically with a tool called gproxy. If you have any issues in the future let me know but for now happy gaming
