I can't join any ENT games for some reason

Situation: I don't know any reason for me being banned.
Why you should be unbanned: I think I may have been banned by accident or something? I have'nt done anything wrong but I cant join any ENT games at the moment.

As far as i can see u are not banned. What does it say on the screen when u join a game ?
