Unfair ban

Situation: Claiming seeds
Why you should be unbanned: In my opinion I claimed a seed and some other fish got in it , even though I've pinged it. So I killed his shelter because I thought that I had claimed that seed. But later on a admin (gaming with namespoof which isn't even allowd but okay) banned me for that TK. So I didn't knew that.

NO ! I don't know, because in the early days pinging actually gave you right to the spot, so how was I supposed to know. And now I have a ban for a day because of something I didn't knew
