Why you should be unbanned: @nabo. its saying you ban me for dodging but i have no idea why. you know from our previous conversations that my IP changes all the time, i have no control over it, and dont have any idea on how/when it changes. I bellieve Child and Arty are also aware that my ip change itself all the time

Re: appeal
I had no idea that account was banned. I think I got DC from a game, took a break, came back with a new acct and joined a game. I didn't get a ban msg so I kept playing. I didn't know that my IP change in that time.
Unfortunately as my wireless connection is very poor, I sometimes do get kicked, lag out. But this does not happen often, nor am I in a business to leave games. Hence I have over 97% stay rate on all my acts with over 100 games, higher than most people. If I knew I was banned I would have just posted an appeal.

I access the forum the same way I access bnet, my phone. It is the only internet I have. I tried installing gproxy once but failed somewhere in DOS mode.

Re: appeal
So you are using the tethering because your wlan is too weak to handle the gaming?

Re: appeal
Right now I'm using my phone Android browser to post. I use the phone as wifi hot spot to play , but it's slow almost 20 mins to dl dota map. I never tried tethering via USB or Bluetooth.
Edit. When I said wireless I actually meant wireless as in 2g/3g/edge, vs the fiber optic/cable/ telephone wire.

Re: appeal
But technically, you could use the lan cable to connect - it just is not as reliable, right?

Re: appeal
Technically, I don't think it is possible to connect a network cable to an Android phone. I haven't seen any routers for Android devices.
If you have a modem, and a router, you should have the option to use wifi or network cable. And I would assume that the wired option would be more reliable. Is this what you are talking about?
I'm somewhat confused by your question as it implies using a modem and a router, while I have neither. Unless you want to consider my phone a modem.

Re: appeal
Well, I thought you had both (modem and cell phone internet) but seems like you only have your cell phone internet.

Re: appeal
Further evidence that I've been saying the truth . I guess this is different from the IP I pasted on my first post, as you said.
