Banned for bad servers

Realm: us east
Situation:
Why you should be unbanned: the same thing happened. I made a new account to play with ENT an the same thin happened. I joined a game, the countdown went to 1 an it said I've been disconnected from battle.net I joined another game played it. And after that it said I have been banned.banned. Please look into it. I appreciate it.
