Why you should be unbanned: I started the votekick because I believed at the time he was name-spoofing as the name came up as N00b or something as opposed to the name mentioned when "Everything" had joined the game. If he was to be name spoofing then there was no way I could know whether he would use other third party programs as well.

Im not too sure what youre talking about exactly.. I just started the votekick because it said "Everything" joined but the name came up as N00b or something. I honestly believed he was name spoofing, and Im still thinking that he does because I have no idea what the circumstances are. And to your statement about the "champion", what does that have anything to do with it?

Fair enough then. I had no idea about the coloured nicknames so my bad for that. Although this doesn't put me on any higher moral ground, not that I'm trying to, I simply stated something along the lines of "oh youre an admin?" as a rhetorical question. But that aside, sorry about using the votekick, I assure you it was not meant in a detrimental manner but rather than I didn't want to play with/against a potential hacker as to say. Sorry again for being so hasty to make assumptions.
