Can't connect

Hello.
Sorry if I write it in wrong thread (but I don't know where to post it xD);

I want to ask you if there is any possibility to unlock my ip on your bot (I didn't do anything that would make me permabanned or something!).
The problem that I have is as follows : I'm a student, so because of that I have to live in different city than I normal used to live. I live in the dormitory, we have there free internet acces (with good transfer etc..), but in w3 I can't connect to many hosting bots (including ent but not for example mmh). I guess that my ip is blacklisted for some reason (no idea why), but I also know there is a way to unblock it (you have to talk with hosting managers probably ). If you guys decide to help me then just write me private message (so I can give you my ip etc. all what you need to have).

- Yeah, but well only on this one account "Shine@Notherend", not on diffrent ones i guess (at least I don't renember which ones);

- few days ago (2 or 3), but had to use vpn app. (proxy, but I dont' like to play like that because of ping) to connect ;
What games do you play?
- dragon ball, naruto maps, werewolf, legion td war, vampirism, trolls and elves, uther party, escape maps (like polar escape for example);

We generally do not allow the use of VPNs/proxies to play our games (1yr ban).

Yeah I guess that using the proxy is not allowed (I'm fair person so I told you that I were using it (I'm not trying to hide it or something) ). The only reason why I started to using it (I started 1 week ago) - is that I cannot connect since first time (previous year) I tried to connect to ent with my academic internet. I Don't really want to use proxy, but I don't have any other way atm to play on your hostbot :/ .There is many hostbots which doesn't allow my ip to join lobby, for no reason at all ( I didn't do anything that would make me banned ).For example I'm admin on clan.pmlo bot (ultimate dragon ball map) and I had the same problem with their hostbot (I wasn't banned but I were unable to join the lobby because "something was wrong with my ip" - probably blacklisted. I heard that the hostbot owners talked with their hosting managers and they fixed it, so I'm finally able to play without any problems on their bot. It would be nice from you, if you can do the same thing like they did to help me, because I'm fine guy, my behaviour isn't toxic and I never did something bad that would make me banned on any hostbots for so long time...
