banned once again

I left while being in the countdown, 2 solid seconds before the game starts, my screen changed, and all the sudden the game started, even though i was in the battle-net start screen.It seemed, as if i already left the game, before it begins. I don't know why , things always happened to me, but i got 4 bans within the previous month, all of which, were recalled but the administrators.
I'm looking forward to a a speedy resolution, cause it's kind of late, and i only have a limited available time, to play again today.
