Ban Appael

Realm/Gateway: Europe
Why are you banned: I tryed to join on my new account ELiteChiLd[nL] cause my other account ELiteChiLd- stats got ruined but it says its banned for range ban by art)y... but I never got banned I checked the index ban and Im not banned. Im able to join all ENT game bots exept ENT11.. Thanks for your time.
Why you should be unbanned: I think it might be a glitch or false ban message. Can I get it fixed please thank. Happy New Years!!

I dont appear in ban system so must be a mistake? thanks.
