Yes, we generally don't ban the OP, but since you got a ban-history on your main-account and actually started this silly votekick-festival, I decided to ban you as well.

i did it in begin cause the pros wanted kick me first, but they werent enough ppl until swow joined the game, i did fast a votekick so they cant kick me and i have more time in the lobby that more ppl are in lobby who maybe dont kick me, i know that the pros dont kick each others , but i did this only cause i have more time in lobby that more ppl join who dont kick me and it worked that gave me time, other ppl joined who doesnt kick me^^ yes my ban history is cause ppl dont like my modes i play with ^^

You cannot violate the rules as a defense-mechanism. They kick you? -> Report. You do something like you did. -> You get banned as well.
