Why are you banned: Votekick Abuse
Why you should be unbanned: All we did was votekick someone who was feeding heavily, it's unfair to everyone in the game for someone to be building towers in the middle of the open. Furthermore we attempted guidance which was ignored, not to mention the lack of reading the basic tool tips for buildings which tell you about how to structure things, nor did he read the guide as he was advised. We were completely justified in kicking the feeder. Plus every single person in the game agreed that he was an intentional feeder, not just a new player.

It's unfair to the new player to be kicked out of a game for trying to learn like you and I once did. If you were votekicked as a new player would you view it like this? That it was unfair to everyone else? No guidance was attempted and part of learning is experiencing it first hand. No one agreed to anything, they abusively did !yes without any knowledge on how it could harm the new player not to mention it was his second if not first time in island defense. Why should I unban you?

Well first I want to say, I am always a positive influence to new players, especially if they ask for help or advice. I don't know if its possible to search my history for that since my stats have been reset recently, but I always try to work with people who are trying. I do in fact remember my first game of island defense many years ago, I asked for help and advice, I communicated that I did not understand what to do. I then watched what others did and read through tool tips, I don't expect this from everyone but I do at least expect them to communicate back to us. That being said Chototo was from Bolivia, no one could communicate with him. I do not believe I betrayed my wording though I understand your point of view with this ban. I never kick someone simply because they're new. I will only kick if they are toxic, or feeding HEAVILY. Oh also I kicked someone because they were afk as titan and someone had volunteered to be titan.
All that being said I have a spotless record for game play, I have never been banned or even requested to be banned before. An immediate ban no warning being requested from someone who wasn't even in the game seems extreme. I could understand it if Chototo had said anything all match, or asked for help, or even if he had tried to post the ban. But he didn't seem to care. If you are looking for advice in the future on how this could be prevented I'd recommend opening the observer slot so that new players may see how a game is played.

You're a positive influence to new players and yet you gave no advice or any warning to this new player. You votekicked him without stating reason and were eager to get rid of him.

This doesn't even make sense. No one confronted him on his lack of knowledge into the game but instead was votekicked without warning or reasoning.

You did betray your wording. You saw a new player feeding once and instantly turned to votekick. You did kick someone simply because they're new and didn't even take the time to explain anything.

You have a spotless record and apparently no tolerance to new players despite what you're saying on here. You may have a clean record but that will not cover the mistakes made today. Sure I wasn't ingame but I took the time to find rule violators like yourself because infact if I hadn't stumbled upon this, everyone in that game would've gotten away with what they did and that is not right. He didn't say anything because he wasn't confronted and trying to escape from his base at the time of the votekick not to mention no one stepped up to help but instead as stated earlier were probably just as eager to kick him out. I can see your case and your point of view but your story is not matching up with what happened, that being said..
