Banned because of two unlucky and unfortunate incidences

Why are you banned: I am banned because I got disconnected from two games, one yesterday and one today.
Why you should be unbanned: The reason for my disconnects were not intentional. Yesterday my Internet went down in the middle of a game, the same thing happened today. There was no reason for me to leave during these games, since both me and my team were doing well when I unfortunately got disconnected. This probably happened because my router went unstable.

I have replaced my router with another one now, which I think is more stable, thus I hope I wont get disconnected anymore. Also I am now playing with a wire, instead of using the wireless network like I did before.
