Therefore my vote request was legitimate and I should not be banned for votekick abuse]

Not even close to the real story. There were multiple votekick attempts from the very beginning for no reason. Peanut was warned to stop and kept doing it. And finally, pushing a teammate into fountain while fountain farming is not against the rules. It's one of the risks of fountain farming.
