@Blanalle Your impatience is somewhat illogical. What does it matter whether nabo replies to you in 2 hours or 24 hours? He said he would __reduce__ the ban. That does not mean lifting it right away, when he sees your post. So no matter when he replies during the 24 hours after your post, the ban wont be lifted until then. I could understand a complaint if the 24 hours had passed. But you complain after 2 hours, which is 8.3333...% of the total time of 24 hours. This is ridiculous to say the least.

Some people are busy during the day. Work on your patience.
