There is absolutelly nothing in the rules about deceiving enemies if it's not up to mode in lobby. U should correct and add it in rules if u want to ban for this otherwise it's an abuse. @Bone[Horse] Without watching the replay, I would say this falls under Refusing/Avoiding to heal.

whether or not someone was banned for it in the past is irrelevant, we just all cases individually and all bans are up to moderators to decide.

The ban itself is not long, only 8 hours. While you are waiting for it to expire, read our rules and link them here (links to General rules and LTD rules). cooperating will have positive effect on the outcome of this appeal.

It doesnt matter how long ban lasts. Still there is no rule that tells that I can't deceive enemies. Would u also ban ppl for saying to enemies that they would send on some lvls (false ofc), fake arkers, sends or other triks? It's absurd. U cant ruin or somehow hurt enemies except pausing or saving when it is time to heal (on wich u have specific rule "Do not save or pause the game while playing in order to distract players and hinder gameplay") Lie is lawful instrument to win.
The real problem is free, very ranged and abusing interpretation of definitions and rules. Especially when another admin tells opposite.
Otherwise u should say that rules and ENT's reputation
mean nothing and u do whatever u want.

As we told you in chat with Gaara, you actually broke two of our rules

1) Do not ruin the game on purpose.
2) Refusing/Avoiding to heal.

I also told you that our rules aren't strict juridical text, and finding loopholes is just plain dumb.

It's obvious that you didn't read my earlier post in this topic, or if you did you chose to partially read it and twist it to fit your argument.
Whatever decision Beep made is irrelevant to this topic. Arii chose to ban you as warning, a chance for you to fix your attitude and read our rules.

Since the ban only lasts for two more hours and your attitude is that, I'll deny this. You can wait a little longer.
