If you look here uakf.b banned the vkers who actually votekicked someone for 24 hours and made a note to unban them on appeal. I think I have served enough time for this ban (over two days) for a vk that didnt even come close to passing. I have made efforts in the last 2 days to control my urge to want to vk someone. I think you will see less of this from me in the future.

I also want to point out that nabo. always believes that a vk that doesnt go through is not as serious as one that does.

You forgot to mention that you tried to votekick someone else immediately after.. You play so many games on here and yet you still abuse votekick when you well know it's against the rules. I don't see how bringing a nearly year old brq into this has anything to do with this. You attempted to votekick someone out of the game without legit reasoning or further investigation but merely ''mher!!''.

Also, the rules regarding VK are true as is nabo. but when you have received warnings from moderators and ignore such then you put yourself at risk, also every moderator has the right to judge any case of VK abuse like this how they wish depending on past + the situation at-hand.

No i didnt. The games were back to back. I was stressed out and typed !vk name on someone who killed me. No one in the history of my 5000+ lod games has gotten illegally votekicked by me. Zero. So nabo said hed let me off with a warning and I had two back to back games where i did this before he said this.

uakf.b said to unban those votekickers upon appeal and theirs actually went through. They really votekicked someone. I just typed !vk name and knew it wouldnt go through. So please understand Im not a game ruiner. I bust more assholes ruining games than anyone and thats exactly why these ppl report me when they get a chance. Somewhere along the road I got them banned or a friend of theirs banned or I might have just pissed them off with flaming. Ive been banned multiple days now for starting a vk. Ill work to not do this in the future.

uakf.b is irrelvant here, you were banned by F-Train for a legitimate reason and there's already other moderators who fully agree with the duration of this offense so I don't want to hear anymore about a brq or uakf's decision from november of 2014. Back onto the topic at-hand,

You deem yourself not a game ruiner and yet you have quite the history of flaming and votekick abuse, sure they are word-related offenses but the fact you still do them even after being banned for it. I don't see your last sentence to be genuine or any remorse on your 4th ban of votekick abuse.

Considering his banhistory for vk-abuse and defaming other players to be maphackers (without any proof, since he cant prove it ingame) + his attitude in chat (zero regrets for his rulebreaking), i would deny this appeal aswell.
5 days arent even long for his 4th ban due to vk-abuse and totaly reasonable, even if vk didnt pass.

It shouldnt be a rule just like fountain farming used to be a rule then was changed because it doesnt game ruin so who really cares. Guennter you say zero regrets for my rule breaking? How about the fact that out of the 5000 games I played in lod I never maphacked, I never destroyed ppls items, i never sat behind the fountain and afked to throw a grief fit, i never did anything remotely serious or game ruin. No one ever had to report me and said Jiminy ruined the game -the whole game had to be restarted cause of Jiminys behavior. No. You dont hear that cause it never happened. I typed !vk person when I knew damn well it would never pass. Id have genuine remorse if it did pass. Id apologize to someone and accept my ban cause I really did ruin someones game. But when I get reported by a group of players whos friend (lodgod) i got banned for a year for reporting mh.... I dont really have remorse cause I see what happened. I was playin around and they wanted vengeance. But anyways. Have a nice evening. I really do try to not vk someone when I say I will try. Its a solid habit just like lightin a cig. You have many games, as stated, and yet you break these rules? You say you won't show remorse for the mere use of a command that all of us here at ENT work to prevent from being abused and yet you find it to be too minor for your own acknowledgement? I can understand your defense here, but as a player with as much contribution as you and even several reports from yourself to extend your good will as an intelligent regular cannot seem to bring yourself together in various games and also hold a history with flaming others and again, using votekick. and repeating those processes.

If you truly understood why F-Train had banned you for 5 days then you'd take the time to hear what we are saying and cooperate rather then make this seem like it's no big deal. We had to take time out of our days to review your toxicity and abuse of commands, and now we are trying to work with you on an appeal but pulling this whole thing isn't gonna benefit anyone.
