Why you should be unbanned: Because I voted to kick the troll

Some guy reported me for not voting out the troll while I was first one to vote !yes, he only posted logs in which I didn't vote (for a good reason)

I didn't vote on later attempts because ICUQQ (2 kills, most on his team, 3 assist, also most on his team) was only one who actually did anything useful on opposite team. If player is annoying and person is too sensitive I suggest ja501 use ignore command to mute. It works really well on trolls and idiots.

But anyway ja501 was feeding and complaining whole game, so most people were just ignoring him (or maybe her), and now he's making fake accusations to ban people while he did the most game ruining/feeding in that game. If you check the log again I voted at 2:12.

Any further thoughts: as u can see in replay, I called mid with zeus multicast build, he did after me.....not interesting
so he go random etc. I did say ok take mid ill go woods, SINCE I KNOW THIS DICK and i did know he will ruin game. and he ruin anyway.
Perma spaming astral on , falowing me from line to wood and all time
so we voted to kick. and scourge didint vote. So i really asking u to lifeban this stupid gameruiner. and aslo all who didint vote CPAHb, and rest of scourges

You voted !yes before the game even started. Of the votekicks in this request that I posted as legitimate, why didn't you kick in any of them? You were given more than enough chances to comply.

I can't see what's going on on the other team or read their chat (which apparently was full of drama). By the time second vote came on, ja501 was feeding and ICUQQ was only one doing anything on their team. So it doesn't make sense to kick their only good player. They should have !ff by 15min mark but guess they enjoyed arguing for the full 28min it seemed while game was one sided.
I voted at 2min because ICUQQ was randoming skills at first and basically saying in all chat that he's throwing the game - which is good enough reason to kick out. But as game started he had good set of skills and was playing from what we could see on our end.

I always vote to kick rule breakers, but like I said, from our perspective it looked like teal (ja501) was trolling purple (ICUQQ) by being middle (as axe). Teal was freaking out from the beginning so it was hard to see him as credible person.

Votekick Rules
For flaming/verbal conflicts, use bot command, !ignore <name>, and/or bnet command, /squelch <name> , instead. Squelching will also block whispers.
Do not spam or randomly start !votekicks, do not !votekick to avoid being kicked, and do not !votekick without proper reasons. Votekicks are ban-able even if they are not passed since negative intentions can still be assessed and misusing it can lead others to misuse it. Kicks and bans are enforced based on how severe the rule has been violated. ENT keeps the right to enforce punishments as warning.
Do not abuse !votekick: its only purpose is to kick game ruinners who violate ENT's rules and negatively impact the game for either or both teams in the game.
You are obligated to !votekick any player that has broken any of ENT's rules. If someone or several indicate that a particular player is game ruining, you, as a player in the game, are obligated to question/check about the situation/claim.
If a votekick is initiated to kick a visible game ruiner, all players are obligated to !yes.
It is possible to game ruin by being new. In this case, votekick will only be valid if the new player refuses to learn and cooperate. Just because someone is a newbie or bad does not mean he is intentionally game ruinning.
Maphack can only be confirmed once the replay is reviewed after a game. Therefore, it is invalid to initiate a votekick on someone solely due to suspicions.
When you initiate a !votekick, you should clearly explain "Who" and "How" the violator is game ruining via all chat.
You are free to refuse to votekick someone when there is lack of evidence/visible rule violation. However, communicate your decision via all chat, too.
If you are unsure that someone on the opposite team is game ruinning, ask the other team for clarification via all chat.
You are responsible for your own vote. Voting for something means you agree with it. You are accountable for what happens with your vote.
