Why you should be unbanned:
UPDATED, I am glad that someone can actually read a ban request thoroughly "ME" upon actually looking at the replay link used on dtrashcan2 ban request on me i noticed that the game was from Nov 14!!! Over a month ago! This would have taken place before my first offence report was given. So technically I can't/Shouldn't get banned from a offence I committed before I was ever warned that I was committing an offence....

I know you guys are volunteers, I know you do this on your own will for the community. and don't get me wrong I do respect that because Risk Devolution is fun as hell its the only game on WC3 I play.... but please.... honestly... at least have the integrity and work ethic to actually check the initial screen of the replay link..... otherwise, what is the point of even having someone fill out that section???

This is my last Update the game that Dtrashcan2 meant to report was this game, the reason (he and i spoke with him in game about it) used the old replay from over a month ago is cause he was copy pasting my style of BRQ since he does not know how to correctly write one and format it himself so it so happened he forgot to update the replay link, it is safe to say he does not know how to correctly find the replay link....

In this game is when I was using the !draw command that he considered exploiting even though it wasn't, and this is the game he accused me of preteaming in. Me and my friends were using Pokemon names as funny gimmicks and apparently everything though having Pokemon names was preteaming.... although we never teamed on anyone and even fought each other. But if you read the chat log, no mentioning of king23, hazardous, hyo, or being a admin, in training, or a friend to any ENT official was ever mentioned..... Dtrashcan2 is just very noob when it comes to writing ban requests and I am sure he will vouche for this post when I ask him to.

This replay was back from Nov 14 2015 which would have been before I even received my first warning. Holy crap.... How often have people been banned incorrectly like this? Thoughts????

I guess 11th to the 14th, however my previous reasons still hold, Dtrashcan2 posted the wrong ban request, if the admins would have properly read his BRQ on me

They would have seen that it does not add up at all.... the replay link clearly shows a #48 but in the game name section he has a #22. The date is obviously still Nov 14 yesterday was Dec 19. And the reasons he was reporting me for primarily was preteaming and exploiting draw command (which I didnt) The other funny part is the game he accidentally put in the replay link is the same exact game being used by me in my BRQ for cali/redblood/tropic/lamb4slaughter in

I spoke to dtrashcan2 in game last night after his BRQ and he said he was going to withdraw it he just has not gotten around to it, but he will be logging on engaming.net within the hour to commend on this appeal.

All in all this is still sad that Haunt nor King23 realized this obviously huge mistake in the first place. If it wasn't for me making this appeal and actually being the one on this website to be thorough it would have never been realized.....

Also still the 3 quotes that King23/Haunt even acted to ban me on were no where close to the BRQ on the Nov 11th where i openly explicitly stated impersonation, the quotes from Nov 14 were nowhere near that at all. Infact all i said was they work with me on my BRQ's which in actuality they do, they are the only 2 admins to even review my Requests which to add to this day my Risk Devo BRQ's have had 100% approval rating.

The last complaint and this one is a major one, even though my Risk Devo reports are extremely thorough 100% accurate to the point none of them have ever been rejected, yet it still takes 3-4 weeks for my BRQ's to get acted on. Yet when anyone else makes a risk devo BRQ and trust me there has been a few they get noticed, look at, and acted on within 72 hours. Now I got to be honest I hate favoritism and I heavily dislike discrimination, and in the world we live in today especially in my USA that kind of crap does not fly real well anymore. I get I make lots of Preateam BRQ's but all my requests so far have been valid, and always will be. I have tried making great strides to volunteer my time for Risk Devo BRQ's even helping fix and review requests that others have made so that they can be properly acted on as well. And to say I have done a good job with bringing Risk Devo into the Request forumn and trying to keep preteamers out and the game truly fair and FFA as it has always meant to be from the day Priwin made it for Clan R1sk. And for some reasons I get a heavy feeling these Admins dislike me and they have no damn good reason too, and by those 3 quotes getting me a ban? And without them even properly reviewing the replay link, it just seems like they are just looking for any reason to throw a ban on me. And that is bullshit pardon my French and I won't accept it.
