Well, if the stats are clean then theres no need for any customization, ill make them look pretty in no time So only the ban is a problem.
Re: Do your job and dont give Dotacash power on your systems
Well, it looks like uakf.b will have to do the unban because I can't see any way that you are banned now. (On the merged bans it now shows unbelievable_ as unbanned and the IP, but for some reason you can't join games...)
I don't personally know anyone at DotACash so I think uakf.b would have to take care of it unfortunately. (Unless cyberpunk knows how to fix it, though I'm not sure.) So we might have to wait a few minutes for uakf.b to stop being afk.
EDIT: (Also I have an exam in 45 minutes I haven't studied for yet, so I need to do that quick. Hopefully uakf.b will get you figured out while I'm gone, if not I'll go try to find someone at DotACash after my exam.)

Now i know a fix is coming what annoyed me the most was being accused of something that i didnt do. Once again, quick support on this forum and you're all doing a great job imo. Thank you very much.

:/ K I'll see if I can get anywhere on DotACash, but I don't know anyone there and don't know how active their forum is.
I wish uakf.b would look at this instead of sitting on the forum all day afk...

I appreciate your effort teller and i hope your exam went well. If Dotacash peeps cant fix it then uakf.b will surely get here eventually. Or... i hope so.

Well, I talked to someone at DC and he can't figure it out either. uakf.b screwed something up and no one is sure how to fix it.
Hopefully he will get online soon to help you out, but I and the guy at DC have done everything we know how.
Sorry

Re: Do your job and dont give Dotacash power on your systems
So, summary of what happened.
I posted the link to unbelievable_ bans because I didn't notice the "_" when I looked it up in banlist. Turns out that ban was completely unrelated.
The reason he was seeing banned is because he was using the account name Versatile, which was banned (through DotACash too, apparently) and probably the old account expired and he created one with the same nickname. Since "Unbelievable" was the only thing written in the OP, and he was banned by name and not by IP address, we didn't really have any way to check what the actual ban was.
Conclusion:

Conclusion:
- I don't think the fact that the bans were through OpenBan is related. Could have happened with an old ENT ban too. If a Battle.net account is played for less than two hours then it can get deleted in as little as a month.
- Make sure the name and realm both match when you look up a ban to avoid confusion.
- If you're appealing a ban, make sure you write the username that you are being banned on so that we can avoid these problems.
