Unfair Ban

Why you should be unbanned: I didnt start the 1st votekick another team mate did seeing he was throwing the game, we told him emeny coming and he did nothing to defend himself he didnt try run away just stayed there and died he had no items for teh first 13 mins of the game and everyone in teh game could see he was throwing that why everyone voted i only started the 2nd votekick after he continued not to defend himself and feed more, we should of team played but it was one of those games where no team play at all happened but that still didnt excuse him having no items and he did intent feed as he didnt try to run from enemy . and when i stated he was afk he was there at the fount not doign anything , and i looked a minute or two earlier and he was at teh fount again. i have not been banned before i just dont agree with the ban as i believe he didnt try at all through the game not to feed and just becuase he is on a new aka didnt meen he was noob this was clearly not his 1st game. i dont understand why i would get 5 days for when i post on repeat offenders they get less can a MOD take another look and hopefully see what i mean about his gameplay. thanks

A 5 day ban is standard for the illegal votekick starter that passes. With that said, copy/paste the votekick rules here which can be found on our WIki while you wait for @Hyo to see your appeal.

For flaming/verbal conflicts, use bot command, !ignore <name>, and/or bnet command, /squelch <name> , instead. Squelching will also block whispers.
Do not spam or randomly start !votekicks, do not !votekick to avoid being kicked, and do not !votekick without proper reasons. Votekicks are ban-able even if they are not passed since negative intentions can still be assessed and misusing it can lead others to misuse it. Kicks and bans are enforced based on how severe the rule has been violated. ENT keeps the right to enforce punishments as warning.
Do not abuse !votekick: its only purpose is to kick game ruinners who violate ENT's rules and negatively impact the game for either or both teams in the game.
You are obligated to !votekick any player that has broken any of ENT's rules. If someone or several indicate that a particular player is game ruining, you, as a player in the game, are obligated to question/check about the situation/claim.
If a votekick is initiated to kick a visible game ruiner, all players are obligated to !yes.
It is possible to game ruin by being new. In this case, votekick will only be valid if the new player refuses to learn and cooperate. Just because someone is a newbie or bad does not mean he is intentionally game ruinning.
Maphack can only be confirmed once the replay is reviewed after a game. Therefore, it is invalid to initiate a votekick on someone solely due to suspicions.
When you initiate a !votekick, you should clearly explain "Who" and "How" the violator is game ruining via all chat.
You are free to refuse to votekick someone when there is lack of evidence/visible rule violation. However, communicate your decision via all chat, too.
If you are unsure that someone on the opposite team is game ruinning, ask the other team for clarification via all chat.

@RECUK You were the one who actually started the votekick that passed, and claimed "pink is afk grief", when literally pink was afk for like 20 secs if that most (after being fully healed).

As i stated in the brq, if i believe pink was playing good? Not really, however playing bad vs feeding (may it be intentional or not) is a very thin line - And looking at how magi played and died, im pretty sure he was just having a bad game (Getting ganked top by oracle, teleporting to defend tower, he dind't notice sylla, and got killed, etc).

I won't tell you to communicate more with your team, since that is your own choice to do (While i can say "you should have helped, you should have told him what to do, be a better team mate, etc", in the end its your own choice if you do it or not - However keep in mind that communication can easily be the key to a win, and your own disadvantage to a loss ^^

Can we trust that you pay more attention in the future, before starting votekicks, and judge them correctly?

I agree he wasnt afk to justify kick, after watching replay again but i honestly thought he was during game seeing everytime i saw him he was at fount but i guess i was wrong.
