Why are you banned: didnt votekick
Why you should be unbanned: it was already lvl 16 in the game. The guy started a votekick against pink i think it was. He didnt say anything all game about throwing game, game ruining, or anything. He mentioned it and started the votekick right before lvl 17 becuase he knew he was going to lose. His other teamates didnt ever say anything about their teamate game ruiing or throwing. It was only him and right before the was going to lose. He started to flame to using stupid language. Thats not a fair votekick, he did it so we can kick so he wouldnt lose the game cause he was crossing with pink. My team said dont kick so i didnt. its not fair i get banned because green wanted to kick right before we sent big to send and he didnt want to lose. I listened to my teamates and didnt kick.

Well, the whole team kicked and he even flamed hard and said "ASSHOLE TEAM" i think that's enought to make you realise the vk was legit.

Anyway... please link me the votekick rules and it will have a positive effect on your ban.

When you initiate a !votekick, you should clearly explain "Who" and "How" the violator is game ruining via all chat.
You are free to refuse to votekick someone when there is lack of evidence/visible rule violation. However, communicate your decision via all chat, too.
If you are unsure that someone on the opposite team is game ruinning, ask the other team for clarification via all chat

how were we able to see that he flamed, we werent on his team and only green was crying about it, yellow and oj didnt say anything, also all chat...my team denied it to cuz ONLY GREEN was complaining about him being dumb because they crossed.
one other thing, he wanted votekick to happen at the end due to a chance of winning the game...thats unfair to the westside i think.
