Why are you banned: idl_photon_man cheated in the game and everyone assumed so I voted !yes.
Why you should be unbanned: I don't see the reason why I'm banned because this person has illegally used cheats in the game to play in an unfair advantage against others. Multiple others have also agreed to this. It is clear that this person went straight to my base before I even put towers and stopped mid way assault to go in the middle base pink was currently basing without pearling or so.Take a look at the minutes before we votekicked him and that we were extremely convined he was playing a suspicious way.

So how come no one who votekicked him has made a BRQ against him? If you and the others of that game are so convinced that he's a maphacker, clearly he should be reported providing the necessary proof, timestamps and such.

Even then, you and the others still don't take into account he had a potion of omni & pearl of vision... Why kick someone without any real proof? There was no reason behind the votekick either, thus rendering it invalid. You chose to say !yes and follow the rest but it is your responsibility to know all the information regarding why he should be kicked.

I believe he used cheats in the game so he can have more vision of the map thus making people really mad and frustrated in the game.Regarding the ban request; I already think someone else did a BRQ and taken care of that. Ask the other 4 people who also votekicked him if you think I omitted an error. I already said enough proof in my first post if you don't believe such please review it again. If there is 5 or more people willing to kick then it should be more than enough evidence for a kick since the game was ruined. He might have a pearl but who says he used it? I have nothing else more to say.

I don't know what you mean by resources. And I'm not a tech specialist expert or programmer to find time stamps and accurate information to report him. I usually ask my brother to find the time-stamps for me but i do not want to bother him because he is studying and I have school tomorrow so I don't have much time to waste here. Don't be deceived with the amount of games I play on my main because we share the same account. I think it is pretty evident why he should've had been kicked of the game. First of all, every host I've seen in public hosted custom games kicked the cheaters in every game hosted by the bots including the map-hackers. But in this game we vote kicked him to be fair. So this was decided by vote of the players and not the host. I don't see why wouldn't you also ban all the other hosts out there that kicked every other caught map-hackers/cheaters off the game. Now dealing with your VK System Rules. I have never heard of such a rule implying hackers that can't be kicked off in the game ruining it for others.This was just intolerable. This should be my final answer.

I'm done trying to argue with you on this. Whether you think he maphacks or not, the votekick in itself was illegal. You had no real reason and everyone just blindly said !yes. You only viewed it as game ruining because quote ''He kept finding us'' - That's what titans do...? What did you want him to do to secure himself in the game? Let you take the upper hand? It's a game. And I've already told you if you feel strong that he actually Maphacks, go back into that game's replay and find proof of it or stop talking about it in your appeal. If I see you trying to fight this again, you're being denied.

I gave you instructions to do, if you don't do it then I will consider you to be uncooperative and will hurt your chances to appeal.

@TheFallenone The reason why that votekick was invalid is because you didn't have any concrete proof. How do you know what titan can or can't see? Just because you, and apparently few other inexperienced players, think titan MHs and don't know about scouting mechanics, doesn't mean he hacked. Even if he did indeed hack, you didn't have enough proof to kick him as you didn't know what he can see. Or are you saying that you yourself hack and knew what titan was doing because of this?
