Why you should be unbanned: Due to the evidence provided to me, I see no reason for myself being banned. A votekick was started and I merely typed !yes, not abusing anything. I have not broken any rules and wish to be unbanned.

@O_OEmblem, i think youre mixing up stuff, the ban is for a diffrent game , wich btw. is still a in my opinion not legit ban so keep the appeal, just change it up a bit

I see no reason for being banned at all to be completely honest. I did not start the vote-kick or spam !yes or anything against game rules.

The way I see this, it's exactly how you described your actions on top of the actual abuse itself which caused you to be banned in the first place.

First of all, I did not type !yes blindly. The titan did not know how to play, scrolling up in the evidence I see myself giving him advice such as "going after lumber bases". The reason the vote was even initiated is because he did not know how to play, and others wanted him to be removed from the game so a more experienced player who had volunteered could instead be the titan instead of us all leaving and needing to start a new game. The titan was just sitting at the mound the entire game and nobody could do anything as a result. Secondly I would like to know how there is an abuse in the first place, I was well aware of what I was doing, and if my reason for being banned is "votekick abuse" then I would like to know how I used that exact option. Thirdly there is no reason for me being banned here as stated by Crustcheese, calling it "not a legit ban". I am confused as to why this is such a big deal, also I have re-worked my story as instructed by you.

I appreciate that you've attempted to communicate with him but honestly, how is he suppose to understand when he's not properly communicated to? Someone called him a noob in the beginning, then another asked him to leave just so he could play instead. They are new players, they should be given the opportunity if necessary. I hardly doubt he was intentionally ruining your gaming experience either, if any.

The ban is legit because because no one attempted to instruct him aside from yourself but even then it was a vague communication and was not continued but instead asked to leave, and kicked out. It's abuse because it doesn't follow our protocol/rules. It's abuse because you kicked someone out of the game just so yours could ''be better''. In what way can you justify such a blatant disregard of another player's efforts?

Very well. I will remind you, votekicking new players is a serious offense just like every other rule and it won't be tolerated unless properly initiated.

I advise you to tread carefully when attempting to partake in such an action against inexperienced players for the future.
