Don't know the reason, it told me to check TID(74927), a board that I haven't access to:
Haven't been playing for months, so can't see how I got banned in the meanwhile, last I played everything went smoothly:

We are working on clearing the list due to the staggering amount of white-listed accounts, white-listing process will be temporarily unavailable in the coming days. Once we finished working on clearing the list, we will look into your case(s).

You may also request the range ban to be removed.
