We are working on clearing the list due to the staggering amount of white-listed accounts, white-listing process will be temporarily unavailable in the coming days. Once we finished working on clearing the list, we will look into your case(s).

Rangeban is a ban that is applied to a group rather than individual so that those individuals cannot simply change their IP and dodge their bans.
Whitelist is a way to allow non-guilty persons to still play despite the rangeban.
No, I don't think you did something wrong. You simply need to be patient and we will comeback to you as soon as we can with a solution.
