Why are you banned: No static IP
Why you should be unbanned: Well...

So, I've talked to my ISP and they want me to pay 5e each month to get the static IP, and when I asked can I do it alone at home they said "You'll only fuck up your Internet"

Paying 5e each month is not a solution.
